Flower Stems

Love making glass flowers but didn't like the way the flower was attached to the stem. I also hate drilling glass!

So, after much head scratching, experimentation and testing, I have designed and made these stems with cups, I think they finish off the flowers really well!

The cups are approx 3.5cm in diameter and are glued directly onto the base of the flower. The base of your flower needs to be relatively flat at this contact point.

I use clear gorilla glue or silicone and so far, despite my best efforts to remove them, they stay firmly in place.

The stem is approx 38cm long, made from soft copper so you can bend them to give a more natural look.
